    When will my order arrive?

    Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days and is complimentary on every order. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days for $25. Subscription orders ship with complimentary standard delivery. LUMÉRA currently delivers within the United States.

    How does the monthly subscription work?

    Choose Monthly on any formula or coffret for the lower price. One month's supply ships each month, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time by writing to client services.

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches LUMÉRA.

    Can I send LUMÉRA as a gift?

    Yes. Mark your order as a gift in your bag: prices stay out of the parcel and your note is written on a LUMÉRA card. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. For a monthly subscription, every delivery travels without prices and with your card.

    I reserved a founding price. How do I use it?

    Enter the code from your founding invitation in the promotion code field at checkout. Your founding price applies to your first order.

    Do the exosomes need refrigeration?

    No. LUMÉRA's exosomes are stabilised to stay viable at room temperature. Keep your formulas closed, away from direct sun and heat.

    What is your return policy?

    Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to client services with your order number and we will arrange the return.
